Are there any hidden charges with Pronnel pricing?

No, Pronnel has no hidden charges. You pay only the listed plan price. Local statutory taxes (such as Sales Tax, VAT, or GST) may apply based on your billing country.

Can I increase the number of users during my subscription term?

Yes. You can add users at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining license period.
Example: If you purchased 8 users on 1 April 2024 and add 5 more users on 14 September 2024 (total 13 users), your plan renews for a full year from 14 September 2024 to 13 September 2025. The annual amount for 13 users would be USD 3,900 (13 × USD 25 × 12). A pro‑rata credit of USD 1,300 (8 × USD 25 × 6.5 months) is applied for the unused portion of the initial license, so the net payable is USD 2,600.

Can I reduce the number of users mid‑year?

If a user leaves, simply deactivate the account; no data is deleted. You may reassign that license to another team member at any time.

How do plan upgrades work during the year?

You can upgrade plans at any time and we will calculate a pro‑rated charge.
Example: If you start on the Standard plan (8 users) on 1 April 2024 at USD 11 per user per month and upgrade on 14 September 2024 to Premium at USD 25 per user per month, the new license runs 14 September 2024–13 September 2025. A pro‑rata credit of USD 572 (8 × USD 11 × 6.5 months) is applied, making the net upgrade amount USD 1,828 for that period.

Can I downgrade my plan mid‑cycle?

Downgrades are uncommon. If you do need to move to a lower plan, we can process that from the next renewal date.

Do you charge for implementation or onboarding?

Pronnel is built for quick self‑implementation. Most customers get started using our resources and tutorials. Our onboarding approach is designed to minimize friction from signup to adoption.

Can Pronnel provide a customized implementation?

Yes. If you prefer a guided setup—covering requirement analysis, discovery, configuration, and training—we can help directly or connect you with an implementation partner.

How can I track storage usage, and can I purchase extra storage?

Organization Administrators can view Storage and Automation usage in Organization Settings. Additional storage for Premium plans can be arranged on request by updating your license.

Do you charge for apps or custom apps in Pronnel?

There is no charge for using Pronnel apps starting from the Basic plan. Third‑party apps may have their own in‑app fees, billed by the provider. You can also build custom apps using Pronnel APIs. If you have a unique need, our Customer Success Team will help—typically at no extra cost unless the requirement is unusually complex.

Where do I see Automation or Message consumption, and can I increase limits?

Usage for Automations and Messages is visible in Organization Settings. For Premium plans, additional quotas can be arranged as a special case by updating your license.

Can I pay in a currency other than USD?

Currently, payments are accepted in USD. Any bank or currency conversion fees are borne by the customer.
