Yes. You can add users at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining license period.
Example: If you purchased 8 users on 1 April 2024 and add 5 more users on 14 September 2024 (total 13 users), your plan renews for a full year from 14 September 2024 to 13 September 2025. The annual amount for 13 users would be USD 3,900 (13 × USD 25 × 12). A pro‑rata credit of USD 1,300 (8 × USD 25 × 6.5 months) is applied for the unused portion of the initial license, so the net payable is USD 2,600.

If a user leaves, simply deactivate the account; no data is deleted. You may reassign that license to another team member at any time.
You can upgrade plans at any time and we will calculate a pro‑rated charge.

Organization Administrators can view Storage and Automation usage in Organization Settings. Additional storage for Premium plans can be arranged on request by updating your license.
There is no charge for using Pronnel apps starting from the Basic plan. Third‑party apps may have their own in‑app fees, billed by the provider. You can also build custom apps using Pronnel APIs. If you have a unique need, our Customer Success Team will help—typically at no extra cost unless the requirement is unusually complex.
Usage for Automations and Messages is visible in Organization Settings. For Premium plans, additional quotas can be arranged as a special case by updating your license.
