That’s a definite NO. Pronnel doesn’t have any hidden charges. You get what you pay for. The only additional charges will be the local governmental taxes (sales TAX/ VAT/ GST) which will be applicable in the jurisdiction of purchase.

You can increase the number of users halfway through your license period. In that case the extension will be pro rata for the remaining license period. Let’s take an example to illustrate.

If you initially took a license for 8 users on 1st April 2024, and later decide to increase the number of users to 13 starting from 14th September 2024, the license will renew for one full year from that date to 13th September 2025. The total annual cost for 13 users will be USD 3,900 (calculated as 13 users × USD 25 per month × 12 months). However, since you have already paid for the initial license for 8 users and there are 6.5 months remaining on that plan, a pro-rata credit of USD 1,300 (calculated as 8 users × USD 25 per month × 6.5 months) will be applied. After deducting this credit, the net amount payable for the new license will be USD 2,600. This allows you to seamlessly transition to the increased user count while accounting for the unused portion of the initial license.

If a user leaves the organization, you can just deactivate the user. None of the data associated with the user will be erased. You can then allocate the license to the replacement for the person.

We knew it. You love Pronnel so much that you want more. Don’t worry, we are flexible in this. We will work out a pro rata costing for this. Let’s take an example to illustrate.

If you started on the STANDARD plan for 8 users on 1st April 2024 at a rate of USD 11 per user per month, and midway through the year, on 14th September 2024, you decide to upgrade to the PREMIUM plan at USD 25 per user per month, the new license will take effect for one full year, from 14th September 2024 to 13th September 2025. Here's how the cost will be calculated:

The total cost for the PREMIUM plan for 8 users for one year will be USD 2,400 (8 users × USD 25 per month × 12 months). However, since you have already paid for the STANDARD plan for 8 users and there are 6.5 months remaining on that license, a pro-rata credit of USD 572 (8 users × USD 11 per month × 6.5 months) will be applied.

After deducting this credit, the net amount payable for upgrading to the PREMIUM plan for 8 users will be USD 1,828. This ensures a seamless transition to the upgraded plan while accounting for the unused portion of the initial STANDARD plan.

No, Pronnel does not charge for app usage. App usage is included from the Basic Plan onwards. For third-party apps, any in-app charges set by the third-party provider will be paid directly to them. You can also create your own custom apps using Pronnel's APIs. With basic technical knowledge, anyone can develop a custom app on Pronnel. If you encounter a rare scenario where none of these options meet your needs, our Customer Success Team is here to help. Unless the requirement is extremely complex and uncommon, we will assist you at no additional cost.
