Responsibility for Data Added to the Platform

Pronnel operates as a data processor for information input by users into our SaaS platform. This includes customer records, contact information, tasks, conversations, and any other data entered by our customers or their invitees.

  • The customer who adds the data is solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and compliance.
  • We do not control or own this data.
  • We do not access, use, or share this data unless legally obligated or contractually authorized.
  • We will not respond to deletion or access requests from third parties related to this customer-uploaded content. Only the respective customer may delete or manage such data.

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

  • When a Pronnel user deletes data from the platform, it is moved to the Trash, where it remains for 30 days.
  • After 30 days, data in the Trash is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • If a customer manually empties the Trash, we immediately delete the data irreversibly from all systems.
  • We do not retain backups or copies of permanently deleted content.

Customers are encouraged to exercise caution before deleting any critical business data from the platform.

How We Use Personal Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide, improve, and secure our Offerings
  • Authenticate users and manage user accounts
  • Respond to support requests
  • Send product updates and service notifications
