At Pronnel, adding custom attributes is free, unlike competitors. Unlimited customization encourages users to tailor their experience without constraints, fostering flexibility and user satisfaction.

First of all, not everyone is allowed to import/ export into Pronnel. We have restricted this to Board Admins for ensuring data security and integrity. Therefore, if you are trying to import and find the buttons, inactive, it would be good to check your user status on the board.

Next, our Import wizard will take you through baby steps to import, mark correct data formats and correct most small mistakes before you are allowed to import.

How to do it? We suggest you review the short tutorial video on Data Import under Resources--> Tutorials--> Import and Export--> Importing Excel Data into Pronnel. If you are importing data into a Board that's connected to another Board, for example, lead data that should be connected to a Contact Board, we recommend reviewing "Streamlining Data Import With Connected Boards"
