Yes, Pronnel Captures, Inbound and outbound calls, it records time, duration and recording of the call in the Contact card automatically. Apart from that, If a new client calls on your cellphone and you have the Pronnel App (iOS or Android) installed, you can easily create a contact with the touch of a button. If the same client calls you back again (or gives you a missed call), the system will log the call as an activity against the Contact Card.

If you have the Pronnel CRM Extension installed in your Chrome browser, while browsing LinkedIn for prospects for Business Development, you can point at a contact and click. The CRM will automatically extract the name, contact information, organization, and designation and create a Contact in Pronnel.
