There, you'll find options to create templates at the Board level for Emails, PDFs, and WhatsApp/Chat templates. These templates will be available to all members, including Admins, Restricted Access, and Edit-Only roles. Of course, there will be team members who want to address personal needs or frequently encountered scenarios. Individuals with Admin, Edit-Only, or Restricted Access permissions can create their templates, tailored to their specific requirements. These templates remain private and won't be visible to others. One of the best security measures is our Audit Log feature, which records every instance of template usage, providing transparency and accountability. When it comes to launching templates, here are some best practices:
- Kick-off with a team brainstorming session to identify common pain points.
- Prioritize the top three issues and create templates for them. Start small to build confidence; too many templates at once can overwhelm.
