- FREE Plan: Offers 25 MB storage capacity, providing a foundational level of storage for users just starting out with Pronnel.
- BASIC Plan: Provides 1GB of storage per user, monitored at the organization level. This ensures that teams have sufficient space to store essential files without compromising on performance or security.
- STANDARD Plan: Elevates the storage capacity to 5GB per user, again monitored at the organization level. This expanded capacity caters to the needs of growing teams and organizations with larger file storage requirements.
- PREMIUM Plan: Offers the most expansive storage capacity of 20GB per user, also monitored at the organization level. This tier is ideal for larger enterprises or teams with intensive file storage and sharing needs.

It's important to note that Pronnel calculates storage based on total file sizes, encompassing a variety of file types such as PDFs, videos, images, and documents. Notably, the content within Notes does not contribute to storage totals, ensuring that users can leverage the full potential of Pronnel's features without concern for storage limitations.

Should you exceed your storage limits, there's no need to worry. We won't delete any of your files, even if you've reached capacity. Your data is safe, secure, and private, and we'll never access or delete it. Period.

Even if a user leaves your organization, their notes, tickets, and files will remain intact, marked as belonging to an inactive user. Your Organizational Admin retains full control to reassign these assets to other team members or themselves as needed, ensuring seamless continuity and collaboration within your team.

In the unlikely event that you've surpassed the maximum storage capacity, we offer two strategies to address the situation:

Review and Delete: While you can manually review and delete old or unnecessary files or versions, we understand this can be time-consuming and may not always be worth the effort.

Add-On Storage: Alternatively, You can move to the next plan, Where storage increases per user wise. On the Premimum plan only, you get 20GB storage per user which is usually sufficient, in case you have crossed this limit also and your use cases are storage intensive, at the Premimum plan you can purchase additional storage from us. Simply reach out to our customer support via email and they will gladly assist you in enabling increased storage.

Simply paste your shareable links into Pronnel's Drive, configure sharing permissions, and you're all set. This way, you won't significantly increase your storage consumption on Pronnel's cloud storage and can seamlessly integrate your existing resources.

When a note is shared with a board, everyone with access to that board can view and collaborate on it. Similarly, item notes can be shared with those who have access to the specific item. If you leave an Internal Chat Channel, you will no longer have access to the conversations within that channel. However, the chat history remains available to other members, ensuring that valuable information is not lost.

Whenever a new version of a file is uploaded, the previous version is stored and can be retrieved if needed.
