You decide the starting list or trigger, define delays, and configure branches for opens, clicks, replies, and non-opens so every contact automatically moves to the right next step.
Pronnel tracks events such as email opens, email replied, and WhatsApp message responses. Inside a sequence, you can define IF-THEN rules like:
• IF contact opens the email within 48 hours → THEN send a follow-up offer email or move them to a “Warm Lead” list.
• IF contact replied to the email or WhatsApp message → THEN trigger a product-specific micro-sequence or assign to a sales rep.
• IF contact does not open → THEN resend with a new subject line or switch the channel to WhatsApp.
