A drip campaign in Pronnel is a sequence of pre-planned steps—such as emails, WhatsApp messages, tasks, AI-calls or list updates—that are triggered over time or based on behaviour. You decide the starting list or trigger, define delays, and configure branches for opens, clicks, replies, and non-opens so every contact automatically moves to the right next step.

How does Pronnel handle different behaviours like opens, replies, or non-opens?

Pronnel tracks events such as email opens, email replied, and WhatsApp message responses. Inside a sequence, you can define IF-THEN rules like:

• IF contact opens the email within 48 hours → THEN send a follow-up offer email or move them to a “Warm Lead” list.
• IF contact replied to the email or WhatsApp message → THEN trigger a product-specific micro-sequence or assign to a sales rep.
• IF contact does not open → THEN resend with a new subject line or switch the channel to WhatsApp.

This way, every branch of the journey reacts to real behaviour instead of one-size-fits-all blasts.

Can I run email and WhatsApp in the same drip sequence?

Yes. You can mix channels within a single sequence. For example, you can first send an email announcing a new launch, wait 2 days, and then:

• If the email is opened but no reply → send a WhatsApp reminder with a shorter pitch.
• If the email is not opened → send a WhatsApp message with a simple “Hey, did you see this?” and a link.
• If the lead replies on any channel → automatically stop further promotional messages and create a task for the account owner to follow up personally.

How do I start a drip campaign—for example, for a new launch or limited-time offer?

Start by defining who should enter the sequence—e.g., a Dynamic List of “All users who signed up in the last 30 days” or a Static List you upload for a particular campaign. Then design the steps: day 0 announcement, day 2 reminder, day 5 last call, etc. At each step, use conditions to branch based on open/click/reply/non-open behaviour. Once activated, Pronnel automatically adds eligible contacts, moves them between steps, and stops the journey for those who convert or unsubscribe.
