Go to Settings > Apps and click the Add button. Choose a calling app such as Twilio or Exotel. Decide whether you want to make the instance Private or Shared for team-wide use.
Open any item (e.g., a lead or contact) and scroll to the Apps section. Click the + App button, then select the calling app you added.
Once the calling app is added, you’ll see a call interface within the item. Simply click the call button and the app will use the configured account (Twilio/Exotel) to place a call to the number associated with the item.
All call logs and statuses are visible inside the item, making it easy to track communication history.

Yes. When adding the app, you can choose to make it Private (only visible to you) or Shared (visible to your team).
Calls can only be made from within individual items, ensuring context-specific outreach.
