The Documents board in Pronnel acts like a digital workspace where you can write, structure, and collaborate on content-rich documents. It supports headings, mentions, widgets, file attachments, tables, and more—making it ideal for planning documents, and SOPs.
After logging in, go to the workspace where you want to create or access a document.
Click on “+ New Board” and choose “Document” as the board type. You can also open an existing document board from the sidebar.
The sidebar shows a table of contents generated from your headings. Clicking on any heading will jump to that section.

to bring up a quick action menu. You can insert items, widgets, or mention users directly.

Add charts, workload widgets, timesheets, and data widgets directly using the slash command.
