Pronnel’s Merge feature helps you declutter your boards and streamline your data. It's ideal for eliminating duplicates, bringing scattered updates together, and improving clarity across your workflow. Whether you’re organizing leads or syncing internal updates, merging ensures you keep only what matters.
Select Items: Click the checkbox on each item you want to merge. This will open the action bar at the bottom.
Click Merge: Select the Merge icon from the bottom toolbar.
Choose a Base Item: Pick one item to serve as the base. Then select which data to retain from each of the other items. Use the toggle button near the top-right to switch between list and flip views.
Confirm Merge: Review your selections. A popup will appear reminding you that this action is final. Click Confirm to proceed.
Once confirmed, the selected items will be merged into the base item. Other selected items will be deleted from the board.
