Log into your Pronnel account and navigate to the main dashboard. Look for the "Apps" section in the left sidebar or top navigation menu. Click on it to access the app integration marketplace where you can connect various third-party services including Google Docs & Sheets.
In the app integration section, find and click on the Google Docs & Sheets integration card. Click it to start the integration process. Use the private or shared instance to connect your Google Docs & Sheets account to Pronnel.
To get the shareable URL of a Google Doc or Sheet, you can click on the three-dot menu on the document or sheet and select "Share". Then, copy the shareable URL and paste it into the Pronnel integration.
After successful creation of instance, create new view and add Google Docs & Sheets app by clicking on +View and select Google Docs & Sheets from Apps. Here, you can select which Google Docs & Sheets you want to integrate with your Pronnel boards add link to the document or sheet. Choose the documents or sheets that are relevant to your current projects. You can also configure which document or sheet events (document updates, new comments, document approvals) you want to track and sync with your Pronnel workflow.
