Postmark Integration with Pronnel - A Complete Guide

Step 1: Access App Integration in Pronnel

Log into your Pronnel account and navigate to the main dashboard. Look for the "Apps" section in the left sidebar or top navigation menu. Click on it to access the app integration marketplace where you can connect various third-party services including Mailjet.

Step 2: Create a SendGrid App Instance

In the app integration section, find and click on the SendGrid integration card. You can choose between two types of instances:

• Private: Only visible and accessible to you.
• Public: Visible and usable by all team members with access to the board.

Step 3: Log in to Postmark

Go to account.postmarkapp.com and sign in with your credentials.

Step 4: Navigate to the Account section

This is typically found in the main navigation or settings area of your Postmark dashboard.

Step 5: Locate the API Tokens tab

Within the Account section, there will be a specific tab or page dedicated to API Tokens.

Step 6: Find your Account API Token

The Account API Token will be displayed on this page. It is distinct from Server API Tokens, which are used for sending emails and managing specific servers.

Step 7: Integrate Postmark with Pronnel

Paste the Account API Token into the input field above and click "Save API Token".

Step 7: Add Automation Rules

Add automation rules to update pronnel based on campaign performance. You can do this by creating a new automation rule and configuring the conditions and actions.
